We may be small, but we're dedicated to offer you the best compatible cartridges and service available on the internet. Hopefully, the website provides as much information as possible, but sometimes there will be some questions in the back of your mind that hopefully will be explained below:-
I've Never Heard of You - Who Are You?
We've been successfully selling printer cartridges to thousands of UK customers since 2003 - but we've only recently decided to start advertising directly online through popular search engines like Google, Yahoo, Bing etc.
Why Are You So Cheap - Are You're Cartridges Rubbish or Underfilled?
The internet has reduced some of the levels that used to be required to get products to customers... each one of these levels has to make a profit in order to continue in business. Therefore because we have by-passed those levels, like wholesaling, we are able to reduce our base costs and pass the savings directly on to you.
We sell a consumable product and want you to be happy enough to come back to us for more! In order for this to happen we've got to supply you with a good, quality cartridge, at a competitive price and deliver it to you quickly and within budget. We don't believe in cheap - what we do believe in is a quality cartridge that has been filled with more ink than the original manufacturer's cartridge, in most cases, and the quality of the ink and toner should be as vibrant and defined as you need.
Is Your Website Secure?
We know that the internet is crawling with viruses, worms, fraudsters and any other number of nasty things. We treat your personal details as carefully as we treat our own, we hate spam and will never contact you unless we need to talk with you about your order. Occasionally, we'll send a monthly newsletter or special offer email, but we will never ever send spam email's or sell your details to any third parties - we don't believe in trying to sell you things that you don't need or want.
At the stage where you are entering payment details - the page will be fully SSL encrypted - so no one will be able to intercept your details and none of our or the payment processors staff ever see your card details and they are not recorded. We've completed nearly 100,000 transactions in the seven years since we started and no one's details have ever been compromised!
How Do I Place An Order?
The quickest and easiest way is by using our website - simply find your cartridges - add them to your basket and follow the online instructions. You can do this 24 hours a day and your order will be packed up and sent as soon as possible
Can I order By Phone?
Yes, of course but remember that we are only available Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm and at times the phones can get hectic and you may you reach the answer phone! Please leave a message and we'll call you back, when we get the chance. The most efficient way to contact us is by email using the online form here - we aim to respond within the hour, during office hours.
Do You Offer Credit Accounts?
Only for Schools and Local Authorities - every other organisation would have to pay at the point of purchase.
I'm a School or Local Authority - How Do I order?
Just fax your signed official order form through to us on 0870 0056 904 - and we'll send your order out with an invoice that day - no need to setup an account etc. Please note this service is only for schools and local authorities.
When Will I Get My Stuff?
We aim to send disptach every order that we receive before 3pm (Monday to Friday) on the same day.
At the checkout stage you will be offered three different standards of delivery
1. Free Super Saver
2. First Class
3. Next Working Day Guaranteed.
Each of these options will give you an indication of how long you will have to wait for delivery, but even with the super saver method, you won't have to wait too long.
I Live Outside the UK - Will You Send to Me?
Sorry, but no - We only send orders to UK registered addresses because of the high postal charges to send abroad, you will probably be better off buying locally.
I've Ordered The Wrong Cartridge - How Do I Return It?
Get in touch with us, preferably by using the contact us form and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
We'll probably be able to exchange it for the correct cartridge, if there's no difference in the online price.
My Printer Isn't on The Box?
A lot of the cartridges will fit many different printers - some of them fit over 50! Obviously, the cartridge boxes aren't big enough to list all fifty printers on them and the manufacturers seem to release new printers every couple of weeks that take the same cartridges. In these cases your printer won't be mentioned on the box, we will probably have written a note on your order to say that the cartridge will also work in your printer. If there's no note and you think there's a mistake then please call or email us as soon as possible and we'll confirm if it's going to fit or not.
The Cartridge You Sent Isn't Working?
This usually happens if the printer's sensors aren't touching the cartridges micro chip properly - or the cartridge has been put in the wrong way. Please try to clean the cartridge's contacts or chip with a soft cloth or tissue, making sure not to touch the chip with your fingers, as static electricity can damage it.
If the printer is still reporting a problem with the cartridge - it could be worth switching the printer off and unplugging it from the mains for about 30 seconds and then try again. Sometimes printers can hold the memory of the last cartridge it had in it and needs to have it's memory completely flushed clear.
