Shipping Policy:-
We attempt to get your cartridges to you as quickly and easily as possible.
We mainly use Royal Mail first class service and can honestly say that this method will get your order to you by the next day, in over 95% of cases. Your order is usually dispatched from our warehouse on the same day received or the next day if received after 3pm - Monday to Friday, exluding bank holidays etc. You can have your order's delivery day guaranteed to arrive on the next working day (remember the cut off time of 3pm) by choosing the special delivery option in the checkout process.
You can have your order sent to work or any other address you specify whilst entering your order details.
Guarantee and Returns:-
We totally, 100% and absolutely guarantee our cartridges - if you have any problems whatsoever just contact us and we will sort it out.
If you order the wrong cartridge we will exchange it as long as it is unopened and you agree to return it to us, again just contact us if you have any questions at all.
We take pride in our customer service and look after you as much as possible, so that hopefully you use us again in the future. We believe in trying to under promise and over deliver on service and quality.
